Ken Alexander, CBAP


Ken Alexander is a Senior HR Operational Strategy Analyst with Santander Consumer USA, and has more
than twenty-five years of experience in Information Technology and Business Analysis.

Ken is a native Fort Worth, Texas and obtained his Bachelor degree in Management Information Systems
at Dallas Baptist University, as well as his MBA in Information Technology at Western Governors
University.  He currently serves as President of the Fort Worth IIBA Chapter and as the Deputy
Vice President of the US Central Region Forum for the International IIBA.

Dagmar Cole, CBAP


Dagmar Cole is a highly experienced IT professional  who is consistently recognized for her ability to
improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency in identifying strategic opportunities by aligning
business processes and IT to realize cost savings and competitive advantages. She also has extensive
training, certification, and experience in conflict resolution. Dagmar is viewed as a "out of the box"
thinker and troubleshooter for intricate projects. She is a sought-after facilitator due to her ability
to broker successful "win-win" solutions under pressure with difficult teams and ability to deal with
the "C" Suite level executives. She is a past and current contributor to the Business Rules Community
web site. She is a frequent speaker in the Dallas- Fort Worth area and has presented at BBC 2015
and BBC 2016.
Gregg Heinzman, CBAP


Gregg Heinzman began his career as a programmer in 1981; he later became a Business Analyst in 1994.

After 23 years with TXU and 7 years at First Command, Gregg is currently working at the City of Fort Worth.

Gregg earned his CBAP® designation in 2010 and re-certified in 2013.

Sandy Schmidt, CBAP, PMP, CSM

Vice President  Education

Sandy Schmidt has held various business analysis, project management, and consulting roles within
the IT sector for over 20 years. Currently, she is employed at SiriusXM. She has a Bachelor's Degree
in Management from Pepperdine University and an MBA in Information Systems from California State
University at Los Angeles. She has held the PMP certification since 2002 and obtained the CBAP®
certification in 2010. In addition, she holds the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter

Vice President Professional Development

Trent Leopold has been involved in Business Analysis for more than 20 years in private and public
organizations. His experience includes working closely with business and government leaders
improving processes and implementing solutions to noteworthy problems. Trent holds an advanced
academic degree in managerial science, as well as various certifications. He is involved with
research concerning the human mind and has been a guest speaker at the Fort Worth IIBA, Dallas IIBA,
IIBA BBC, BA World and many other venues.
Victoria Lee

Vice President Marketing & Communications

Victoria Lee is a seasoned business lady with focus on requirements analysis and customer relations
within the IT sector. She currently works for Business Ink, Co. as a Senior Project Analyst. Her
responsibilities for on-boarding new customers and managing change requests require frequent trips
to Fort Worth, as well as the other company locations both east and west coast.

Prior to Business Ink, Victoria was a Senior Systems Analyst for MAXIMUS and Business Analyst for
Electronic Data Systems (EDS).

Victoria is actively studying for the IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) exam.
