Ken Alexander is a Senior HR Operational Strategy Analyst with Santander Consumer USA, and has more than twenty-five years of experience in Information Technology and Business Analysis.

Ken is a native Fort Worth, Texas and obtained his Bachelor degree in Management Information Systems at Dallas Baptist University, as well as his MBA in Information Technology at Western Governors University. He currently serves as President of the Fort Worth IIBA Chapter and as the Deputy Vice President of the US Central Region Forum for the International IIBA.

TOPIC DESCRIPTION
This presentation will examine the challenges of building an effective lessons learned process. The Business Analyst (BA) needs to use effective methods for catching all aspects of the lessons learned throughout the project life cycle. An effective lessons learned process will allow all stakeholders to share their valuable experiences, and walk away from a project with input that may evolve into best practices for future initiatives.
